Daily Cleaning Routine
- Wipe the tank surface regularly to remove dust, oil, and impurities to prevent long-term contaminants from accumulating and causing corrosion
- When cleaning the pump exterior, use a soft cloth to prevent scratches on the pump casing or seals
- Regularly clean residual oil from the oil pipeline connections and inspect the pipeline surface for signs of aging and cracking
- If contaminants are found on the pipeline, gently wipe it with an appropriate cleaning agent to keep the equipment clean and minimize damage to components
Key Components Inspection
- Check the pump's operation frequently. When starting the equipment, pay attention to any unusual noise or vibration
- If any unusual noise is detected, shut down the machine immediately for investigation
- Inspect the connections between the tank and the pipeline to confirm the seals are intact and for any signs of diesel leakage
- If seals are deteriorating, replace them promptly
- When inspecting electrical components, check the insulation on the power and control cables for damage and any loose terminals
- Ensure stable electrical connections to avoid malfunctions caused by loose or damaged components
Fuel Storage Management
- When filling the tank with diesel, ensure the fuel is clean and free of impurities or water
- Use a filter to filter the fuel before filling
- Avoid leaving the tank full or empty for extended periods of time
- When not in use for extended periods, retain a sufficient amount of diesel to prevent corrosion from drying out the tank's interior
- Check fuel quality regularly. If the diesel becomes turbid or discolored, replace it promptly to prevent deteriorated fuel from clogging the pump or damaging the equipment engine
Environmental Protection Measures
- Store the diesel tank with pump in a well-ventilated, dry environment, avoiding prolonged exposure to rain, snow, high temperatures, or humidity
- During rainy days, check that the equipment's rain shields are in good condition to prevent rainwater from seeping into the tank or electrical components
- During high summer temperatures, protect the tank from direct sunlight. A sunshade can be installed to reduce the effects of high temperatures
- During low winter temperatures, if the equipment needs to be used outdoors, insulation measures must be implemented to prevent diesel from solidifying and affecting pump operation
