Preparing for Operation
- Ensure the Trailer Tank is parked stably, with handbrake engaged and wheels secured.
- Wear oil-resistant gloves and safety glasses to protect skin and eyes.
- Check the bottom loading/unloading valve and connecting pipes for damage, leaks, rust, or loose parts.
- Clear debris around the valve to ensure unobstructed operating space.
Standardize Loading and Unloading Operations
- When loading: slowly open the upstream valve, then gradually open the bottom loading/unloading valve.
- Control the liquid flow rate to avoid static electricity or pipeline impact.
- Closely observe liquid level changes during loading; close upstream valve first when capacity is reached.
- When unloading: connect the unloading pipeline and ensure a proper seal before opening valves.
- After unloading, close valves in sequence to avoid liquid residue or leakage.
Post-Operation Inspection
- Promptly clean any residual liquid from valves and connections.
- Check valve sealing surfaces for damage and signs of leakage.
- If leakage is found, retighten the valve or replace sealing components.
- Return valve operating handle to the closed position after operation.
- Record loading/unloading time and volume for maintenance records.
Handling Operational Abnormalities
- If a leak is detected: immediately stop operation and close the upstream valve.
- For aging seals, replace promptly; for damaged valves, contact professionals.
- If valve is stuck: do not force it; check for internal blockages.
- If problem persists, stop the machine for inspection and repair.
