② Leakage prevention
Regular inspection: Use non-destructive testing technology to regularly inspect the tank body, welds, valves and pipeline connections of the oil storage tank to promptly detect defects such as corrosion and cracks so that they can be repaired before the leak occurs to ensure the integrity of the tank body.
Strengthen maintenance: Regularly replace the seals, gaskets and other vulnerable parts of the oil storage tank, maintain the auxiliary equipment, ensure the good sealing of the oil tank, and reduce the risk of oil leakage.
③ Monitoring and early warning
Install monitoring equipment: Install liquid level gauges, thermometers, pressure gauges, etc. in the oil storage tank to grasp the state parameters of the oil in the tank in real time. At the same time, set up a combustible gas alarm, which can issue an alarm in time if a combustible gas leak occurs in the tank area.
Develop an emergency plan: Develop a detailed emergency plan, clarify the emergency response process in the event of leakage, fire and other accidents, organize drills regularly, improve the ability of personnel to respond to emergencies, and reduce accident losses.
