Comprehensive Pre-Operation Inspection
- Thoroughly inspect the exterior of the equipment for damage and confirm any signs of leakage from the fuel storage container
- Check that refueling lines and joints are securely connected to prevent looseness
- Verify that components such as meters and emergency shut-off devices are functioning properly
- If any abnormalities are detected, the equipment must be shut down for inspection and repair immediately
- Operations with faults are strictly prohibited
Standardized Site Environment Requirements
- The work site must be away from sources of fire, heat and storage areas for flammable and explosive materials
- Avoid working in confined spaces or poorly ventilated environments
- Ensure that no unauthorized personnel are present on site
- Post clear safety warning signs to remind passersby to exercise caution
- In the event of severe weather such as thunderstorms or strong winds, outdoor operations must be suspended
Strictly Follow Operating Procedures
- Operators must wear anti-static work clothes, insulating gloves, and other protective equipment
- When starting the equipment, follow the correct procedures and control the refueling flow rate
- Prevent static electricity generated by excessive flow
- During refueling, closely monitor the equipment's operating status and fuel level to avoid spills
- If operations need to be suspended, close the oil outlet valve before stopping the equipment
Prepare for Emergencies
- Develop an emergency plan and be prepared in advance
- Sufficient firefighting equipment must be available at the work site
- Operators must be familiar with the use of firefighting equipment
- In the event of a fuel leak, operations must be stopped immediately and relevant valves closed
- Quickly clean up leaked fuel with absorbent cotton or other materials
- If a fire occurs, initiate firefighting measures immediately and call for assistance
Perform Regular Equipment Maintenance
- Regular maintenance is crucial to ensuring equipment safety
- Regularly clean and inspect the Mobile Refueler's fuel storage container, piping, and valves
- Replace aging or damaged parts promptly to ensure good operating condition
- Maintain maintenance records detailing time, content, and condition of maintenance
- Facilitate subsequent tracking of equipment operation and proactively identify potential safety hazards
