Follow the correct filling procedures. Open the tank's top filler cap slowly to avoid fuel splashing due to pressure fluctuations. Use dedicated filling equipment and insert the filler nozzle steadily into the filler port.

Ensure a tight fit between the nozzle and the filler port to minimize fuel evaporation. Control the filling flow rate to avoid excessive static electricity or fuel spillage, especially when approaching the tank's capacity limit.

Continuously monitor the equipment status and fuel level during filling. Monitor the fuel level in real time using the tank's sight glass or level gauge to avoid overfilling and spilling fuel from the vent.

Monitor the operating sound of the fuel transfer equipment. If any unusual noises or sudden changes in flow rate are detected, immediately pause filling and check for blockages or loose connections. Inspect the tank surface for signs of leakage to ensure there are no leaks.

After filling, perform proper finishing touches. First, turn off the fuel transfer equipment, then slowly remove the fuel nozzle to prevent residual fuel from dripping. Promptly tighten the tank's filler cap to ensure a tight seal.

This prevents evaporation or leakage during transportation or storage. Clean any remaining fuel residue from the filling area, return the fuel transfer equipment to its original location, and record the amount and time of filling for subsequent management.
